Day 0
Very sore when got home, hard to get off the sofa, took 2 hours to fall asleep. Slept about 5 hours,
Day 1
Still sore and very stiff today still hard getting off sofa, getting out of bed not easy have to shuffle. Got to sleep much easier V-pillow is a god send.
Day 2
Feeling much more human, still hard getting out of bed. Feel like boobs are going to fall off while getting out of bed. Managed to wash hair hanging over the bath, could not really dry it well no strength in arms. Tried to go for a walk boobs hurting a little to much for that decide to stay in today. Noticed the right boob had softened a tad.
Day 3
Slept ok woke up a few times early morning with numb bum after much repositioning managed to get back to sleep. Swelling between incisions/breast gone down. They still feel very heavy when stand up[ from bed. Can just about lift arms above my head back to normal. They are still sore to press and the left is as soft as the right now. Incisions really itchy today. managed to shave legs and pits.
Noticed gurgling noise on breast, nothing to worry about just trapped, should go soon,
Day 4
Woke up again at 2am took ages to get back to sleep. Morning boob seems to be ok just sit on edge of bed before I stand up. Can lift my arms above my head finally.
Washed my hair again and managed to straighten it
Drove today not easy only down a straight road with one round about, parking not easy. Was out shopping for a little while just over a hour and half by the time I got home I was dead, I fell asleep for a hour. Must take it slower tomorrow
Day 5
Again not much sleep, I think this may be the weather more than the boobs.
Moving around in be a lot easier less bum shuffle. Getting the strength back in my arms, not that it had really gone just was painful.
Drove again today still taking corners like a learner. Shopping with bigger boobs much more fun tops just seem to fit so much better. Back to work tomorrow going to leave the sports bra home for a few hours, I have a moulded firm control bra wire free.
Day 6
Spelt really well last night. Had to go in to work for just a couple of hours and wore the molded cup bra. As soon as I had got dressed I was so happy with the size and shape. However no way would anyone not notice the dramatic increase in my bust size. Breast are getting softer and easier to press together, not pressing hard at all. Don’t want to damage them
Day 7
A week old. Boobs really sore today don’t know why. My dressing was coming away at the bottom where the sports bra sits. I rang the nurse and she said it was ok to change the dressings so I went to the chemist and got 2 mepore dressings. I was told not to touch under the dressings at all. I washed my hands twice and put on some laex gloves. Feel cleaner having clean dressings on.

Day 10
Had the dressing’s removed and the stitch remove, the stitch I did not even feel.
Omg they look huge and I love them. There very soft now almost as soft as normal breasts
