Morning!

I am so excited for my op that im going to have a boobie prep day today.

Would you please help me..

1. What preparations did you do pre-op? Ive stopped pill, stopped slimming tablets, moisturise after showering – should i increase this?

2. off to buy my toiletries, V pillow and bras. If you think of items that will really help me, please add them to this msg.

Im still pre-op so can’t really help you. Can I ask why you have been moisturising after showers?? Does this help the skin in someway?x

i found this list that id saved the link to before i had my op hun, courtesy of the gorgeous nikki198324

best bit of advice i had was to put everthing you need at waist level, its a nightmare when you cant do simple things like going into the top cuboard in the kitchen or hanging coats up on coat hangers lol

magazine

lip balm

front button or zip up top to come home with or a loose cotton vest that is easy to put on

sports bra

refreshing wipes

slip on shoes to come home with

mobile phone & charger

toiletries

i took a couple of tops to see which would be best suitable to come home with!

Pull on tracksuit bottoms

v pillow

throat sweets

takw some bottles of water as well hunni

Hi I’m 8 weeks pre op and have started moisturising my boobs after showering.

I read it increases the elasticity of the skin…. so now its Coca Butter boobs after my shower lol xxx

i was told to get about 2 band sizes bigger hun, i was a 30-32A so i went n bought a 34D and a 34DD sports bra, the DD was gr8 for wen i was swollen n im now in my 34D and it fits perfect, i got mine for £4 at tesco, comfy as fook xx

Oh thats fab! thank you!

I always moisturise after I shower but ive been applying a lil more to my chest as Ive read it helps improve the skins elasticity and prevents stretchmarks x
