10wk PO – feeling sad

So I’m 10wk PO. I had 325cc overs HP with uplift. I was feeling so happy about them. But now I just want to cry. I feel like they’ve dropped so much I have no fullness what so ever at the top. No shape in the middle. To be honest I feel like I have my old boobs back just bigger & with smaller nipples 🙁 🙁 I’ve just been trying on dresses for Xmas and they just look so low & saggy in everything. I’ve done everything right. I feel like they’ve just dropped back down to where they were. 🙁 🙁 first pic is before. 2nd is when I proper loved them, 3rd is now. I can see how low they are again because of where my mole sits.

They look amazing 100 million times better then the before pic! 100%

They do look better. But they’re still just as low. Which means now I still have the same problem only worse 🙁 🙁 xx

I’m due for operation on 19th Dec however with transform and surgeon has just said to me today I should go for just a lift without implant as breast are likely to settle back into position except they be fuller. I see what you mean when looking at your mole but they look amazing. All I’m looking at is the postition of you nipple and how much higher that it conpared to your mole and therefore dnt look like they have sagged. My op is in 13 days and I just dnt know what to do

I’m 1 week post op and I feel disappointed too, i love them but one seems to have shrunk a little and don’t think I’m going to get the desired size wanted. My surgeon was amazing and he did go with a few cc bigger than arrange due to me having very small breasts and needing an uplift too. I’m hoping it’s just a faze and when I get the bandages off today I will feel better. Yours look really good. Do you know the measurement from your nipple to your collar bone before? And measure them now. You wouldn’t want them too high as the would sit too close to your collar bone. I have really high breast, which is another reason why I couldn’t go bigger because they would be touching my chin. Honestly they look fab, lovely size too xx

Mine are the same, 6 months post op and other than being a better shape and less saggy mine are not full like they were in the first few weeks ????

My surgeon was Mr Mahdi! I’m really happy with everything else. It’s juat the fact they’ve dropped so much. They don’t look saggy out of clothes because of my nipple. It’s just in clothes they do 🙁 I sent some pics over anyway & he’s seeing me on Tuesday!! I don’t want them to be super high, but the middle pic they were perfect! I just have to wait now & see what happens on Tuesday. And go from there!

k.MULL give it time hun! Mine have got bigger since the op! When I look back over pics on week 1&2 they look so much smaller. They’re huge now compared to then haha!

Hope so, I went to have the dressings changed today, she said I was healing well. Couldn’t help but squirm when I looked. She did say that one is bigger than the other but give it time. Hope it rectified itself on its own.

Well I’m glad they’re healing well!!! Haha it’s awful when you see them isn’t it!! I didn’t even look, I took a picture & looked at them later ha!!!
I’m going in to see the nurse today because some boys are bleeding 🙁 🙁 I just want to be all healed and happy now. Boooo xxx

Hey hun my surgeon was also Mr mahdi I’m 6 months p.o. with uplift and implants mine have also dropped so there is no fullness at the top like there was wen I first had them done they’re saggy I’ve been back to him and he agreed I need stitches in the sides to stop the implants falling into my arm pits but would not listen to me wen i suggested that the fullness was not correct I’ve got a review January to confirm that I still need stitches and he will book me in for revision I will be standing my ground in terms of him somehow holding my implants up from the under crease if he chooses to ignore me I will putting a formal complaint in I suggest u do the same, I’ve paid over 6 thousand pounds and will not be put off by someone telling me they’re soposed to be like this. X

I think they just look fuller. They have changed shape. They still look great xxx
