    Hey Peeps,

    Had my op last sunday, was a 34A and now wearing a 34DD although this might change as they settle. Had 380cc overs and really pleased. don’t be worried about overs they still look good and are already getting softer and pushing closer together. Really happy so far. had the main dressings off on monday and have a small tape just on the scars for a further week to protect them. If your young and can have overs go for it as later in life if you have further surgery u will have more options to go under the muscle if u need more of an uplift. i love them, happy boobies girls

    I have my BA bookied with Mr Adamo at highgate 21st April, im also having 380 overs, currently 34a and hoping to be a D D/D, you have just reassured me as i have been having a few doubts. Gosh cant believe you can push them together already, they really must heal quick. Im going on holiday 5 and half weeks after ba so you think i will be ok in a bikini and sunbathing. Glad everything went well and your happy with new boobies, roll on 21st |April so i can have mine xx

    im also havin 380 overs in 12 weeks, im a c cup now so ill prob end up an f dya think?
    was wondering if you have pics on sofem? who was your surgeon?

    i don’t have any on sofem i have them all on my phone though! yes the first day i was in so much pain i was like dear lord but it gets better really quick and u just forget that it was painfull. I took arnica and also bromelin extract 2 weeks before and just finished the pack and it really got rid of the swelling and also had no bruising. Ye i am chuffed that they push together a bit, i am happy so far completely. Worst thing is i am a pt and can’t exercise for 4 weeks aaaahhhhhh. Defo should be okay in your bikini. Overs are fine seriously don’t worry. mine went 34a to 34dd and the d bra i bought feels like it crushes them although to the eye they don’t look that big. I went with rubicon medical as it was lots cheaper and hav 2 friends who had the same surgeon before.

    hey tropical, i see you’re a pt…..i do kettlebells (12kg and 16kg) and people are telling me i may need 8 weeks off this…what do u think?? how long did it take for your pain to go and for them to start to soften?? xx

    i take it arnica is to stop swelling then? where do you get it from and when do you start taking it? i will give it a go if it will help. thanks sam

    hey yeh i am a pt and i am just over 2 weeks now. i feel like i can do everything but have been told 6 weeks is the desired time i should wait. the pain eased dramatically after first day and was basically gone by the first week. mine are already soft and push together rather a lot already :))). Arnica is for bruising so i was told and i have no bruise at all!!!! the Bromelin extract is for swelling and i fink it all helped as mine are already soft and stuff. i was told to take 2 weeks prior and 2 weeks after.
