    Hi girls,

I’m 11 days post op… I had tuburous breasts, large aerolas and one breast bigger than the other, I was 34B. I had 260cc in the larger breast (right) and 300cc in the smaller breast (left). The swelling seems to be coming down but look no where near symetrical. I had a nipple lift with both breasts but had more surgery in my right breast due to excess skin underneath, where excess skin was removed and then tightened. My surgeon had to create a new pocket for the implant in this breast and from looking in the mirror, it just looks as though the implant has no where to settle into. Any one on my friends list will see from my pics straight after surgery that my right breast is very high up and swollen and looks more rounded…

Well 11 days later my left breast seems to be settling nicely and is starting to look really pert and natural. My right breast however just looks very rounded and higher up still… My breasts look no where near symetrical and to me just looks totally uneven.

I am so upset about this, I waited years for BA and paid a lot of money for op. The asymetry at moment is so noticable in clothes.

I know I had to think of having had two operations etc and for give it time for the swelling to go completely down and it’s early days etc… but I can’t help but feel from looking at my breast this morning that it’s just a botched up job.

Any advice will be welcomed with open arms.

Don’t get upset, even when the same operation is done on both breasts one almost always will take longer to settle. Give it time, they will sort them selves out i’m sure x
