Hi Hun, i’ve been doing gentle cycling (without using my arms sat upright), walking on the treadmill and lower body exercises ie. squats, lunges and sit ups since day 6, i’ve been fine.. they say dont do any strenghious exercise for 6 weeks but that doesnt have to mean that we do nothing.. keep your heart rate low, in the gym i’m keeping my bpm to under 110 and listen to your body xxxxs
