11 days post op ?????Help Started by: mccrae

Hey

Im 11 days post op -getting better each day but one side seems fine and the other is alot more painfull & tight. I have got a bad sholder which i think is from being stiff the first few days but its still painfull at the back nr sholder blade and makes my arm feel a bit funny( as if i have a bit of pins and needles)

Any one else had any of these??????????? xxx
