11days po can feel water swishing around in my left boob is it normal?

When I move from side to side I can feel like a bubble of water along my incision feels like its under my implant is this normal?

Im not sure about water, i had alot of gurgling and little fart sounds coming from mine. Maybe ring the nurse to check because i didnt experience this xx
