Amy hun, Mr traynor told me that they just use the terms “unders” “overs” however he said undersea are under all three muscle layers and lay against chest wall, these cannot be felt at all and have a natural look also they take a lot longer than an hr to hr and half for op and involves cutting muscle from chest wall!
Unders are o ly ever Uss in reconstructive surgery and gender reasignmemt surgery!
Partials are under the first muscle layer ( there are 3) u can feel the implant at the bottom and sides however the muscle coverment means u get a “natural slope”.
These are more commonly used however mostly just referred to as undersea.
I only found this out as I could feel my implant so I googled it then went back to see Mr t !
Chances are ul be having partials xx
