Yay I’ll friend request you both! No idea what time yet, think they let us know a couple of days before….im a day case though so not staying over night, think that means I’m in in the morning though! I can’t decide on 350cc or 375cc but he said I should have hp unders, I’m a 32b now and said that should help me achieve a dd! Can’t believe how much the sizes can vary though….esp when most seem to want to achieve a dd! Xx
I’m a day case too so should be admitted between 7am and 11am. Do either of you smoke? I know we’re not supposed to but I’m going out tonight and find it really hard not to when I drink!! Haven’t had one since the 25th though so I dunno if a couple tonight will totally mess things up…
I don’t smoke so no one has said anything to me about it….it’s still 6 days away though so surely a few tonight won’t be bad? I don’t know though!! Enjoy your eve anyway 🙂 x
Definitely go for the bigger sizes girls! I went in with 400/425/450 and was panicking thinking 450cc would be too big for my frame and nearly asked for just the 400 but I decided not to. Woke up and I love them! They don’t look too big for me, if anything I wished I’d gone bigger even though I know my surgeon wouldn’t have let me lol. Mine was only done 2 days ago and got 6 weeks of drop and fluff to happen but I’m super happy that I went for the bigger size since there’s hardly any difference between 25cc (literally a couple of spoonfuls) and now I know that I have no regrets wishing I’d gone bigger! Your surgeon wouldn’t suggest something that’ll be too big for you xxx
Thanks Jess, I have been advised to go for the bigger if there’s on 25cc in it….you’ve helped make up my mind! Would be great to see some pics when you’re ready to! Be good to as as I see you’ve had high profile unders too x
All I know is that we need the post surgical bras and zip up tops to get home in! Oh and lots of entertainment for before so I’m pretty much taking a book and some work to distract myself. Is there anything else we really need?! Do any of you guys have any info on what time we get discharged? Xxx
I’ve ordered a Macon bra but it hasn’t arrived yet! Will have to pop to m&s or asda if it hasn’t by tomorrow afternoon! No idea about being discharged…..hoping it’s no too late. I guess loose clothing otherwise and yes iPad/magazine/book while we wait xx
I’ve got a neck pillow, two zip front sports bras, slippers, pjs, phone charger and some breakfast bars, biscuits and lucozade for after. Think that’s about it?

Hello ladies- how was today?? How is everyone feeling?! I’m very surprised at how ok I feel! I’ve had no top up on the pain killers and although my chest muscles feel quite sore, I feel ok! I’m going to take pain killers before bed though cos heard the morning after is the worst…

I’m happy for you that you’re not feeling the pain….wish I could say the same!! I’ve been in a lot of pain, muscle spasms they said, so I’ve been keeping topped up and had an extra dose of oral morphin! Felling better now though, just sore to move. Hi gabby, glad all went wel with you. Me and Emma was sharing a room so we’ve had each other to have quick chat to in the day.
I’m luckily the same as you, only took painkillers for journey home but didn’t actually need them. I’m doing more than expected and can lift my arms more than I thought I’d be able to.
Not proped up on the sofa with my neck pillow. Whenever I read something on my phone though I fall asleep ?

I decided to wake up at 3 to take pain killers so as not to risk the pain!
Emma I hope the pain subsides soon! But both your photos look great! I think mine are smaller than what I wanted and that’s with them swollen so I’m a little worried right now… having said that they are an extraordinarily odd shape so maybe they’ll look better in a couple of weeks.

Have you got strapping on gabby? I think it makes them look smaller so I’m sure they’ll be just right when it’s off. Already can’t wait for next Wednesday.
I slept with one of the big back cushions of my sofa and a pillow under my bum. Also a neck pillow and only woke to go to the toilet once. Backs sore though but haven’t taken pain killers yet xx
I have strapping everywhere except my nipped! And my nipples are completely numb… you guys got that too?
I had to sleep on the sofa to restrict rolling space as I have a tendency to make the most of the bed lol. But found it a bit hard to breathe sometimes because how tight the strapping is. Can’t wait till I get it off on Wednesday! Xxx
Both looking great! Yes I’m the same strapping all around other than very numb nipples….this freaks me out a little as my nipples are usually very sensitive! In still in quote a bit of pain, muscle and stitches but it’s bearable and hopefully all worth it. I was very Dozey yesterday too and kept dozing off while my husband was talking to me ? I slept well upright in bed, sure that won’t be the case very night….how long do we need to sleep like this again? I can wait till next wed too to get the strapping off as my boob looks lob sided which I’m sure is the selling/strapping. I’m in at 10.30am what about you guys? Xx

Yeh I have super numb nipples to, but so far I’m feeling happy about them.
I did wake up and think ah I want to lay down and stretch etc but hey it’s worth it.

It says a minimum 2 weeks sleeping upright and then on your back until 6-8 weeks and then you can lay on your side.
I’m sore near my incisions and where they took the drains out but other than that I’m ok xx
Glad you’re feeling ok Nikki! I know my daughter has just come back from my friends house and I just want to cuddle her! Be careful though, if you’re not feeling much pain you should still restrict your movement….don’t want to pull anything ? The pain is stopping me move my upper body much at all! Xx
