    Try blowing them with the hair dryer on cool,but lisalu has given the best advise honey,or you could pick the phone up check with your nurse that’s what they are there for.xxx

    grr ok thank u any way girls just keep putting cold cotton wool on at min wish i had my boobies dne in the winter this weathers horrible with newbies lol x
