    I was a 36c had 375cc over with a uplift, they feel very heavy so i need a strong bra do anybody know who has got a macom and sport bras, can you get a good sports bra that is just as good as the macom but with out the £30 price tag, i have a sports bra from m&s but it dont hold me like the macom,i was thinking is it worth getting a 2nd macom at 2 weeks post op, i’m so looking forward to get back into a normal bra but not until 6 week.

    Hi Suger. A really, really good sports bra that is very comfy without the price tag is the Tesco Maximum impact sports bra at £6.

    i used a tesco one all the way through which was £6 i found it fab and really supportive , it def kept my boobs where they need to be, its called a maximum support sport bra, i also found the nike ones really good, i thought the macom was over priced so didnt bother getting one xx

    Hi girls – i have just ordered a macom bra (op is 4th may with dr adamo) just had a look at that tesco’s sports bra & it looks really comfy – although what size would i order? having 300cc overs froma 32b…. do you think i should wait until i’ve got my new boobies to go & try different sports bra’s on?? xx

    hi kat i’m the same hun dont know what size to get the med is 12/14 could be to big for the support i need and the small is 8/10 could be to small i need to try them on i think x
