    I AM DUE MY 12 WEEK CHECK UP , I HAVE PHONED LIFESTYLE HOSPITAL IN MANCHESTER BUT THEY ARE NO LONGER DEALING WITH MYA THEY GAVE A NUMBER FOR A ROCHDALE HOSPITAL BUT THEY DONT KNOW NOTHING ABOUT APPOINTMENTS. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE TO RING AS NO ONE SEEMS TO HAVE A CLUE ABOUT WHERE TO GO XXXXX
