    Hi Girls,

wondering if anyone could help me i’m 13 days p.o and i’m still bleeding out my right incision, i had my post op 3 days ago and the nurse said the wound was open slight on my right incision but still insisted to trim the stitches and now its bleeding more obviously because its got nothing to keep it shut now. Was wondering if this is normal because my nurse doesnt even seem bothered xxx

At the end of the day hun if it’s an infection (not that I think it is, don’t panic lol) you need to know to get antibiotics and if it’s going to cause your scars to heal differently (again don’t panic) then you should be seen and get it sorted! It will more than likely be nothing and it’s just the way your body is accepting the wound and is healing it but for your own piece of mind you should get it checked just incase it is anything. No probs Hun X

    Hi janey88,

I have sent you a private message.

Please speak to the emergency nurse before going to the doctor’s and she can advise you of the best course of action to take.

Please can you send me your full name and telephone number and I will ask her to call you ASAP.

    Many thanks
