15th April Highgate Mr Singh – 460's or 525's?? DILEMA, PLEASE HELP

Hi there, this is all new to me!! I am booked in to have enlargement on 15th April with Mr Singh… I lost 9 stone 2 years ago after having my little boy, didnt breast feed, so not saggy, they are just a bit empty! I am currently a 36 C but an empty c if you know what I mean! I want to be a DD cup really, no bigger, but I know with false boobs you measure bigger that you look…… I dont want to have the 525’s which is what Mr Singh said go for – and then HATE them. I am not doing this to have giant boobs, just have back what I lost – used to be a D.- plus a little bit more… any advise, pics of 460s or 525s all very much appreciated!!

i had the same dilemma and i’m so glad I went for 525s… even though I feel that I should’ve gone bigger because Mr. Singh said he could but I was too chicken . After the surgery he came in and told me there was a lot of room and at that point I wish that I had asked him to order in the next size up. Most people come out wishing they had gone bigger. I’m 5″3′ and weighed 8.5 stone. I wanted to achieve a DD and think that I have only achieved a D. So… go bigger if you can.

Thanks for getting back to me! You are only a D with a 525?? Blimey! Although you are alot smaller frame than me… I am 5.7″ …. I get the impression that everyone thinks you should always go for the bigger, just dont want to regret it!!!

Well I look at them and I think that I’m a D. You tend to find that they look or get smaller after the op. Just finished my 5th week post-op so will go to get measured next week. Add me to see what you think of them. I’d say if you can go bigger. I had Mr. Singh as well. The general consensus is that people always say go bigger and to be honest I wish I went bigger.

My friend had the option and was going for 525 but she changed her mind the morning of the op and went for 460’s, and she loves them, I have seen them, felt them everything and to me, they are just right, but again it all depends on the individual I guess and there is only 65cc between them so cant be a MASSIVE difference…..

they look AMAZING! They dont look giant at all! God, I was going to go for the 460’s but now I just dont know….. LOL

… I’d say go for the 525s. But do what you feel is OK for you. I just don’t like the feeling that I could’ve gone bigger and I just played safe…LOL. And Mr. Singh does a good job. I used to wear a 34B but an empty B. Also I wanted to have an op just once and if I had to do it all over again I would go for 615cc and I wouldn’t look all that big.

thanks hush… believe it or not I wish I went for 615cc..LOL! laura21…I get to be measured next week. I’m still wearing my macom bra. I think they look a size D though want them to be a DD or an E…wish I went for 615cc . However, they say that the implants really settle after 6 months and your bra size could change as they settle and get softer. I also went for inspira because of the lifetime gurantee that they have.

They look bigger than a D to me lol! I BET u measure a FF at la senza Hun i couidnt belive how big mine measure,But i look a D and u cant tell ive got boobs when im dressed! U can tell u had mr singh,g8 surgeon x

I think they look bigger then a d! ive askd to measure a dd-e so mite end up looking about a d hopefully but im bigger then u tho im 5’7 and just under 11st so dnt want them looking too small for my frame if i have 460s, ive got a pic of me in my album to show my frame etc do u think 460 will look too small? x

This is the soft-touch range. There is one that costs £461 but then there was a release or and update to them called inspira which cost just over £300 (can’t really remember the price). This is what Mr. Singh orders if he recommeds soft-touch. I was more inclined to them because they have a life-time gurantee on them as opposed to the standard implants which have a 5-year gurantee on them. They feel softer as well but I’ll have to wait for my 6-month post-op. I can say at the end of 5-weeks post-op they feel soft-ish and I’m glad that if anything happened the gurantee on them is there.

525,will certainly suit u! As ur tall EVERYBODY Wishes they had gone bigger hun x

ive only been offered 460s tho, haha i go from 1 to the other where i think yeah 460 then hmm maybe too small shall i ask about 525s lol glad ive got ages to have a think! i remember trying 460s on at my consultation tho and thinking god these r huge! x

@laura21… i think you should go for the 525s but also ask to see the 550 and 595. I think you can ask them to order a couple sizes in and in your discussions with Mr. Singh ask him to determine in the op if you have more space to put in the 550cc or 595cc. Also keep in mind that with time the implants shrink in size too but I think this is at the 8-10 year point. Have you asked what’s the biggest you could go for without risking stretch-marks. I asked the question and Mr. Singh said that my skin doesn’t succumb to stretch marks.

before i went to mya i went to transform for a consultation and the surgeon ther ofered me 380s! so then when i went to mya and was offered 460, i fout WOWW! lol but then u learn more and realise a few cc difference is nothing! x

The reason I settled for 525s is because when I tried them on they looked massive…they are just an indicator and nothing like the implants will look. Keep in mind that the implants sit in a pocket. Find out what’s the largest you can go because the surgeon will recommend a size that will make you look natural and not awkward (unless that’s the look you’re going for ). This is a major decision so get the best that you can.

I had 380 hp overs from a 34B and now wearing 34E (was offered 460s but chickened out as i felt they would be too big for me when I tried them on in my bra) Have accepted your friend request hun, good luck with your decision x

OH MY STANKING LIFE!!! You wont get through the door LOL! Good on ya girl! Are you a day case? And having Mr Singh?? I am so excited, not scared at all, just so flippin confused re size and getting more confused by the minute!!! Someone on here had 380’s similar size frame to me and she is an E! I want to LOOK a DD, (not necessarily measure it, dont mind if I measure a bit bigger) and Mr Singh has said go for 525’s! I will be a GG?!? OH MAN! xx

Yeah I’m a day case and with Singh don’t get to caught up with cc size, they look different on different people, I’m an e cup and don’t look it half the time!! Their are women with 1500ccs who came out with anywhere from G cups to K cups….it all comes down to how broad you are, how wide your boobs are, how much tissue you have etc so don’t drive yourself insane worrying about 60ccs, seriously measure it out, a couple of table spoons and then imagine it across the diameter and projection of the implant…..your talking about 3mm overall difference to the look of it, if that. Relax if I can wedge myself through the door I’ll come say hi!! Xx

Well I hope it all goes okay for you, dont know what time I am being admitted yet, but the nurse said we find out a few days before. I just want it done. All I seem to be doing is looking a boob pictures!!! One minute I am going for 460s then the next I am going for the 525s!!!!!! 2 weeks today we will be done xx

Just go with the bigger, seriously it’ll barely notice and will save u all the what ifs haha

I’ve stopped looking at pics now or I’ll slowly go nuts, I’m just ready to do it! This time in 2 weeks we’ll be all sorted and on our way home with our new additions xx

I know, you are probably right, either that or I will just tell Mr Singh to decide for me and I KNOW he will do the 525’S. He is sooooo lovely and sooooo not what I expected him to be like, I was so shocked when I met him, really sweet, tiny and so humble, not how I expected The Boob Man of the Moment to look like! LOL x

Haha I know!!! I found a film of him working on cathy Barry an made bf watch it so he got an idea of what would happen……he just said ‘well don’t I wish I was a tiny little Indian man right now, I want his job’ lol

He is super nice isn’t he, very laid back and chilled, can imagine him eating his lunch while doing my stitches haha xx
