16days po odd feeling need advice

Hey ladies well am 16days po had 410unders from 30a. Well been away for my future sis in laws hen do this weekend tried to be as careful as possible although did have to carry a mini suitcase up a couple cases of stairs. Wore my macom constantly, and didnt throw my arms or anything around. Also kept an eye on my incisions just in case. Well anyway now am back home I’ve put my pjs on and taken bra off for breather, But when I’ve gone to get off my sofa felt a really weird feeling. Like my boob or implant was moving, my left has dropped more than my right but have never felt it before and now am scared I’ve fucked my implant

You won’t have ruined it chic, just maybe did too much, your still fresh from surgery, and even without really throwing your arms around, your still moving around loads.

Just take a day or so and do sweet F.A and you should be fine, but if your really really worried, phone the nurse
