    went to m&s to try on new sports bras as my ones from surgery seemed a bit big around the ribs. found these ones as a perfect fit and i love my new boobs so much!! ❤️❤️ can’t wait to start buying new tops, bikinis and bras to show them off a bit! QUICK QUESTION THOUGH how long does the bruises take to go?? i have some black ones by my ribs as well 🙁 xx

    Got loads of bruising, had to go up 3 back sizes and only gone down 2 so far. Bruising around my incisions are hard lumps and my breast bone is bruised which is what is still causing the discomfort. My right boob is less bruised which is giving me some hope that things get better.

    yeah that’s what i have 🙁 really bad pain in my sternum area and it’s got worse since last night, it kept waking me up! the bruising is just taking ages to go too so i assume that’s because i had unders, did you have unders too? xx
