    My macom I wore all day and night for 2wks.

    I have a tesco medium impact and a asda sports bra, which feel v comfy! I bought the high impact too but its very compressing! Bit too much at the mo..

    Is it ok to wear the sports bras durin the day an my macom at nite? Don’t wanna damage em or something! X

    id wear whats comfy for you hun, you dont wanna wear something thats hurting you so wear what you feel supported in, i wore my tesco sports bra most of the time and left it off a few hours a day because i needed a break. i think everyone is diffrent, some wear sports bras 24/7 some dont wear anything and other inter change their macom and sports bra, i think you just need to find whats good for you xx
