17th dec opp – will i be ok for xmas?

hi girls – im hoping to have my opp 17th dec cos im off work for 2 weeks. will i be ok on xmas day and ok to go out and drink on new years? also i know they say not to drive for a week but when do u usually feel ok to drive again? thanks

Hi Sara11. I had my op last wednesday. im doing ok but dont think i could go out partying in another few days! I wouldnt recommend driving for a couple of weeks hun. You could really do yourself your damage :o(

to be honest, i dont usually do anything to wild. just the normal xmas dinner at parents house, and few drinks in the local on new yrs so im hoping to be ok. x

you should be ok hun just take things easy..I found day 2-4 the worst and the whole experience just wipes you out so get plenty of rest and sleep (where possible sleeping up right!!) Gd luck xx
