I would go for the bigger ones if theres not that much difference, as if you get the 380s you will always think what the bigger ones will look like. he showed me the 410s but said il prob want the 460s got them and they looked fine. im not a fussy person and i trust his judgement, was thinking this morning if i should ask to go bigger tho.. not sure. Just like your self dont want to regret anything.. you having your overs?
Oh yeah i was waiting for them to call me.. but instead i just called the lady i had my pre-op with and paid it over the phone the rest of the balance, 3350… that was hard. haa!
im 23- if i didnt do this now i never would.

did them sports bras do up @ the front hun? u get any? xx

Ohh yes arnica tablets, there brilliant! i used to use them when i got battered playing roller hockey, lol. i’ll put that on the list! i havn’t really got anything yet.
I’m still smoking too only like 3-4 a day, i quit for 3 days then crumbled.
I’m also going out sat night for a birthday and have a feeling i may be worse for wear but apparently lots of cranberry juice will flush it all out.
Not sure on the fake tan? theres so much your not allowed to do, i had to stop taking my multi-vitamins last week? (my nails are falling apart! lol)

good luck next wk so jelous lol!! Arnica tablets are really good for bruising used them after having both of my kids. Im 22 5’5 34 very emptyc/d just skin but really not sure what size to go up too. What sizes are you both hoping to achieve and what cc are you having. Heard so much positive stuff about mr adamo think if i do go through with it which im sure i will, ill prob go with him. not long now for me & louise 1 week on Wednesday!!! eeeekkkkk…

trying to get myself ready & organised!

Got 2 post op support bras, 38 DD & 38 E….. huge but have to get sizes bigger dont you! So now i am currently sitting in my 38E with my usual (air) bra on under with a few extra padding, just to see what it feels like & looks like. love the clevage HA!!! crazy i no.. but feels like this is great tester! haa

I also went out & brought these tablets from Boots called “arnica” they come in a small tube about 5quid & help with swelling & brusing & pain… apprantly is a huge must. My sister who had her boobs reduced said they worked a treat & helped loads. So worth a try, especially if the brusing hurts.
Also went & got my v pillow.

added you on fb, your pictures are lovely. i’m going to put sports bra i bought on with my rice boobs and see how it fills, going to buy afew sizes tho as you just dont know?
I really hope i’ll be happy with them, just read afew posts were girls arn’t happy after you’ve been thru all that you dont want to feel like that, bless.
just set up my internet banking so now i know what i’v got think i’ll pay it today! will feel happy once its all paid for.
so glad you told you mum, and at least she was ok about it, like you said, it will make you happy and thats the main thing.
I told my dad afew weeks ago and he just ignored me, lol. was quite funny, dont think he really wants to know about it.

also when do u think we’ll find out our admission time? getting so close now..i told my mother last night, was so worried about this since wayyybefore i booked it. I sent her a LONG text as shes away for a few days… and she was fine, she said she’ll support me in everyway, as long as im happy and im 100% sure i want to do this etc,, i cried when i got the message back..thank god for that.. ! So happy nothing to hide from anybody now.. woooo hooo!

Shell yeah Mr Adamo said not to wear sports bras if dont want to, but as Jacqui said they get a big heavy, and i was confused, if we dont wear sports bras what do we wear, like if we want to go out or when we go back to work etc.. im just going to get a few and a few supports vests too.

And your outcome from your day @ highgate is amazing, there sooo good, perfect infact. im just so excited now more then anything. wooo!

Hi Hostie, just sent you an e mail hun! 18th November will be here before you know it, and its nice that Louise is in on the same day too, you’ll both be able to compare notes :swingin: Mr Adamo is just fab, and Highgate is more like a hotel! Can’t believe i’m 10 weeks post op today :cheer: Although he told me that i didn’t have to wear a sports bra, i did wear one for most of the time, as i found my new boobies quite heavy, having never had anything before! At my pre op, the nurse suggested i get 36DD sports bra ( i got a 36D, 36DD and 38D just in case of swelling) and the 36DD fitted fine :bigsmile: xx

Hello lovely lush ladies….

i am booked in 18th November with Mr Adamo, Having 460s overs. Am hoping to be a full C d dd after.
Am 5’9 size 8-10 currently an empty 34/b (bra with plently of padding/air)

Am really excited now, was worried before Paid every last penny yest.. so now just excited!
Stacked up on Lots & lots of dvd for after- cant wait to go bra shopping & everything!!! yay. Planning to tell Mother this week too… eekkk! im sure she’l be fine. just more worried about telling her then actually having the op done.

Felt a little guilty a few weeks ago after having my pre-op and everything & came on to this site ever day to read from other peoples storyies.. this site helps loads & loads and i dont think i would be excited @ all if wasnt for this forum, with the suport from all you lovely ladies in the exact same boat as me.. its great to no im not the only one & have lots of people behind me with great advise & Lots of support.. so thanks girls everything i read on here make me feel more @ ease with the whole thing & am actually just looking forward to the whole experience now. I may not have spoke to you But have read pretty much everything on here & soooo Glad i did.. thanks again girls..

im not worried either just keen to get it done. have u seen many pictures of peoples before & after pictures? see i havent seen many, Not on that soFemine web site. so just asked a few ppl to send me some pictures so i no what to expect.
Still havent told my mother yet, who i live with. Have to do that asap as its only a few weeks away now. Even my boyfriends parents no… Whooops!
I think i will be really nervous on the day… as had my pre-op way bk in september so have to read over notes.. like when not to eat etc.. haaa!
Alos how old are you Louise? u decided what size u want to go for yet. 380 or 410s?? xxx

Hey hu, yeh not too bad, no i’m not worried about anything really, i prefer not to know the scary side of it all. I had a general anesthetic in august and was soo scared but since having it i know theres nothing to worry about, i actual yfelt like i’d had a decent nights sleep in 2 years, even tho i was only under for 25mins! lol (only had my wisdom teeth out)
you worried about the GA? only 3 weeks to go now !!!! xxx

But I don’t think I want to go bra’less or wear a normal bra right away so support one should be comfortable. I’m sure u will have cuddles not long after just be carful. Cute. I live in hertfordshire so about an hour north from Highgate so going home right after back to bed to rest. Not long now, wonder if any other girls r on same day as us. Would be good to see other sizes. I was firsly booked for Oct 21st but had to put it bk a month for work reasons. Is there anything that your worried about before the op? Xxx

yeh i’m just in for the day too, were staying 5 mins down the road in a hotel, i know i really hope i’m in early so i cant think about it too much. i’m coming form Bournemouth, Dorset, it will take 2 1/2 hours to get there, not too bad.

I dont work, i have a little one, 18 months, she’s staying with her grandma for a few days, maybe more depending on how i feel. Hope healing time isn’t too long as i do love our little cuddles
