not been on for a few days so thought i should get on and share my thoughts and a few pics. and prob mention a few things i can remember about my recovery. if you dont know i was a 32a (flat) size 8, 5″7 and 8.5ish stone. i had mr traynor on 19th april 410cc unders and im more than happy to show my pics.

so i guess im nearly 3 weeks post op now and god how times flys when youve actually had your op, wel minus the first week lol for the 1st 4 days i was virtually bed ridden and was in a hell of alot of pain. the main pain was a sharp stabbing whenever i moved towards the bottom of my boobs where the muscle had been cut mornings were the worse as all the muscles were tight again for being still all night, and if you have these really bad pains id suggest not laying down its virtually impossible to sit up again. few times mum had found me stuck on the floor with my boobs hanging out and crying my eyes out coz id tried to slide out of bed and got stuck, lost all my modesty for a few days lol

but dont worry this pain does get better from day 5 onwards and some people dont really have any pain, just tightness.

also try and get up and about instead of being in bed all day, even if you just move your arms around abit coz it really does help with the recovery, as soon as i was up and about day by day i felt better and better.

at about a week i was walking around the house fine but i was aching quite abit and cud def tell when id have a full day out of bed

took me about 11 days till i started driving again which was so scary at first and hurt a little when i changed gear but its bareable, and was back at work at 2 weeks. now im completely fine sleeping on my back and i dont have any pain. but if i stretch too far or move too quick it does feel a little tender. and my nipples are like torpedos and not being able to wear a bra is a big problem, so ive bought maternity breast pads to stick inside my vest tops and then where another top over them as u can see them thru the vest top. they even out the shape and make them look round

atm my nipples are very tender and at days 14/15/16 they were flippin sore!!! but there getting better, im also producing milk which is weird as ive never been pregnant but this seems to be stopping now.

all im trying to say is the pains def worth it. and another thing go with the biggest your offered trust me. i didnt want fake looking and when i got them i though wowsers there huge but u get used to them so quick and i rek i cud of got away with 460cc haha… im aiming to be around a D/DD and i cant wait to wear bras!!!
