19dpo: one boob isn’t smooth?!

Im 19 days post op (300cc HP unders) and im so worried, over the moon with how they look already but after feeling my side boob last night i noticed one of them feels smooth and other bumpy?! The outer side of my boob when i push down (can’t see anyhing but when i press down and move one isn’t smooth) should i be worried?! Its not like a lump its just bumpy and the other is perfectly smooth?

Anyone had this?!
