1sr day out after BA

I went out today for the first time after my BA it is the 5th day and it really was uncomfortable they felt really tight and hard and I have noticed I have a lot of bruising under my boobs is this normal?

I had to go out to get some new tops as none of the.old ones fit I had to guess what size as I could not try them on lol

Any tips on going out and reducing pain, swelling and bruising?

I had op last Wednesday and went out for first time yesterday. I felt very tight around chest and couldn’t imagine running with these huge lumps! I’ve taken off most of my sticky tape and noticed I have yellow bruising under boobs. I think this is normal considering what your body has just been through! I hope you have a good support bra?x

Glad to know someone else has had the same feeling that I have I could just about walk let alone run lol I had to get the bus home.

Yeah I look like a water colour painting at the moment yellow blue green red lol

I do have a supportive bra need to get another one though what one do you have?
