1st consultation with Mr fallahdar tommorow- Advice please :)

Hey ladies, Ive got my first consultation 2moro..

OOoh exciting!!

Take pictures with you of the look you want to achieve and have a good idea of the size and shape you want. Ask any questions you need to about the procedure, the method used, the implant type and sizes (most surgeons don’t mention anything other than the standard CUI range unless you ask), ask about recovery time, what you can and can’t do while recovering, if he recommends anything to aid healing, about him as a surgeon and what he specialises in, the effect on your new boobies if you have children, possible side effects or complications and what the policy is on those complications, what post surgery bra he recommends if any, if surgical tape will be used? Anything you feel you really ought to know before going ahead.

Don’t forget you can also shop around surgeons, or ask to see the same one again before making any decisions xx

I had him he’ll push u for smaller implant if u want bigger make sure he know u do as I think mine are too small I feel cheated! I hate them Apart from that he’s a excellent surgeon at what he does surgery wise and scars too x

Ohh and he don’t talk much he’s not a man of many words!!

Mine look 100% natural but not big!! I was 32-34A-B size 8.. 5ft6 had 310cc unders iv got pics if u want a look?? X

hey loopy, your boobies do look really natural:D and suit ur frame really well but were are own worst enemys.. i hope u start 2 love them soon hun. my stats are 30b size 6 and 5ft 3 and i would be hoping to look a full d/dd i hope he offers me a 340-380 cc. im a bit worried now as my stats are smaller than urs and he only offered u 310 cc. hope u all best xx

That’s why o feel cheated him therestiny girls on here who have bigger implants than mine it pisses me off he said that was biggest I could have so let me kno what he says to u cos seeing him fri to complain I’m really not happy I feel like a mug xx

Well I wanted bigger n was adamant I wanted bigger but he wouldn’t he was like no I go with what’s best for ur body/frame but that’s not what wanted but he made put like he couldn’t possibly take me bigger or stretch me anymore than 310 cc and I did have some boobs they weren’t non existent I’m the same size now as I was wen I was pregnant n i had all my milk in my boobs Wots ur stats reecara hun?? X

I doubt he will he seems more of a natural man he seems to giv u boobs that is the normal size for ur frame that’s were he got confused with me I wanted a natural shape but big boobs n he’s just Giv me natural boobs for my frame I’m not happy!! Xx

i thought the pc was there to give you advise on the surgery … could tell her? confused now 😮

yes but pc assigns surgeon on basis of what look/size ur after @ initial consultation im wondering if i tell her my concerns she may change surgeon who will try and give me what i would like rather than what they think i should have. i understand physical limitations but not surgeons personal opinion on what they think suits my frame etc

When you see the surgeon girls tell him the size you would like to achieve,if he says this is not possible,then ask him to explain why,he will give you the answer.Then you have the choice to see someone else if you are not happy with his decision.Another surgeon may or may not give you the same advise.The choice is yours.xxx

good luck girls! i know not everyone has the time to do this but i really would advise seeing at least 2 surgeons if you can just so you have a 2 lots of different opinions and options.

Hi Claire1001 – I had Mr Fallahdar 5 months ago and he is such a lovely surgeon. Agree with newboobies, take n photo’s of what you want to achieve. I took about 4 different photo’s in off the net and had question written down on paper too as I also didn’t wanna forget anything.

I agree, he is more of a natural man but he let me go from 30a with 410 unders. I now look a full D but measure a 30G!

The thing is he is a perfectionist (which is no bad thing). I was scared 410’s weren’t gonna be big enough and he said if I went bigger I would feel the edge of the implant, possible rippling and my nipples would point downwards so tbh I rather trust him than another surgeon going to whatever I wanted and then me not be happy with southfacing nips

He has worked in lots of places over the world and his scars are so neat and tiny.(You can hardly even see mine now).

Im glad I went with him. He was very talkative to me and put me at ease from the word go! Definately recommended xxx Feel free to add me and look at my album xxx

Ohh my god so why the he’ll did that man just let me have 310 see I’m gettin more pissed off with him I was mostly 34B so surely I cudve had bigger I can’t wait to see him fri this is making my life I he’ll I go to bed dreing about my boobs been too small n I wake up thinking it it’s driving me mad I cnt think about anything else! Hun I think your being way to hard on yourself!!!! Your boobs look perfect the way they are. I could understand if you wanted jordan implants but they look good to me! Did you have unders and did you tell him what size you wanted to look and not measure?? x

I sed o wanted really big boobs a D at least so I sed giv me as big as u can n he was like no I can’t take u that big biggest I can do is a big C little D cos of my frame which was obviously aload of crap as tiny girls have had bigger! He’s filled my noon in at the top but I haven’t got much boob under my nipple n about as much projection as i had to start off with! N a gap in-between them n they nit high enough either I havent got that defined boob look at the top they too low down unless I wear a top that’s just above my nipples lookin head in to my chest u can’t tell I have boobs xx

Did your pc not recommend a surgeon for big boobs?? Normally you tell your pc what your aims are and she recommends the best surgeon for you!

I know your not gonna like this but I tell it like it is. It’s not really your surgeons fault hun because he told you he could only get you up to a C and you decided to go with him. If you wasnt happy with that then you maybe should have seen another surgeon. It’s a hell of a lot of money to spend when you don’t get the results you set out for. Im sorry to hear that you don’t like them hun.

On the plus side, the fluffing fairy came to visit me on month 4-5 and I went from a E to a G pretty much over night so if I see her i’ll tell her to come see you to work her magic 😉 x

very true but not till feb 2012! but ive waited 5 years so 5 months wont take 2 long xx

U dint see a pc him I went thru a diffent company not MYA so just saw him then 2weeks after had it done, I thought a C-D was huge till I had them on me I’m a D cup now but a D cup isn’t all that uf this us just how big they are??!! Xx

Hey Loopy, bit late in on this and i’m sure i’m repeating what the other girls will have said, but just wanted to let you know I felt the same after my Op for a fair few weeks. Mr. K said 380 was the biggest i could have, and i felt cheated when i saw them. Like they were way too small. But then they started to drop and soften and i got measured as a 32FF. I am very happy with them now, and although they measure bigger, they actually ARE the size I asked for (D cup) Don’t be too quick to judge as your boobs will change in size and shape and you will be pleasantly surprised xx
