1st consutation

Have my 1st cosultation today with PC at chelmsford. Im really excited, hope she choose a surgeon for me today?

hey i had hollie green from chelmsford very nice but didnt call wen she was supposed too and forgot to tell the surgeon i had changed my size needed so had a massive stress a hour before surgery!good luck

Oh no i have Hollie, she seemed lovely and has all ready emailed me a answer to a question..Lets hope she got a telling off. and is now perfect at her job.lol

hollie was a pc of mine, and i couldn’t fault her one bit. She’s brilliant at her job, and always trys her best to please and do what she can for her patients. Everyone forgets something once in a while, but one mistake shouldn’t be used to trash her whole reputation.

hi shazzy, glad it all went ok for you…at the end of the day you are paying alot of money for your ba and I think you should pull your pc up if she makes a mistake…I hardly think you pulling “hollie” up once is going to trash her whole reputation…you go girl..your bloody money at the end of it all and you should be getting A1 service…x

Well no one really knows the whole situation, and for arguments sake whoever believe Hollie had made a mistake actually may have been slightly over exaggerating. I have dealt with Hollie on numerous occasions, and many of my friends have aswell and she has always given us as many phone calls as virtually possible for her to make both pre and especially post op! It is a lot of money yes, but you can’t just slander someone because they may have had a blimp in the memory? Are you telling me you have never written a mobile phone digit down wrong? forgotton to do something you were supposed to? or just generally had a lapse in memory. … not everyone is perfect. But Shazzy … I can assure you that Hollie is a wonderful patient co-ordinator. She is always on hand for anything you may need or want to ask, and will always get back to you as soon as she is able to!

The forum is a lovely way to talk to people and get to understand the company and the people that work for it, but I don’t think you should ever take one persons bad word against all the good precedent that is set because 9 times out 10, that person was probably not the easiest of people to get along with in the first place. Theres only so much you can do for some people, unfortunately some insist on being difficult alot of the time

As you will see Shazzy…your MYA experience will be second to none just like mine was and many other newly confident, ecstatically happy peoples xx
