Yours are looking fab at only 2 days post op Fiona! My recovery is going really well thank you, the first 2 days after my op I found the hardest, I was a bit emotional and felt helpless, the pain wasn’t too bad at all just very uncomfortable. From then things have got loads better, I went out yesterday for a walk and lunch, sat in the pub at night and have been out for breakie this morn! All I can say is it does get better and the recovery is really quick! 🙂 everyone is different and will recover at different times but I’d say your nearly through the hardest bit! How have you been sleeping? And how’s your appetite been? Xxx

Yeh I find the sitting up in a morning a bit achey, maybe we seize up a little after lying down! Yep it still aches if I cough or laugh and find it hard to take big deep breaths, I don’t think the strapping is helping that though. My post op is on Tuesday evening so still a few days to wait! Good to hear your sleeping and eating well, I’m sure you’ll be a 100% in no time! 🙂 xxx

I’m getting 450cc in two weeks, but really starting to worry about whether they’re going to be too big!
Ps. I enquired loads about capsular contraction and they said its never happened with MYA patients before because of how good the implants are, (being slightly furry and not smooth means they can’t really move) but the first few weeks until the implants ‘drop’ into the natural breast tissue they’re gonna feel quite tough and tight because of the swelling. Will follow your story, hope all goes well! 🙂 Xx
