Hey everyone, so I had my op on Jan19th at Highgate with Dr Charasak. Evrything went well, but please can someone let me know how long I have to sleep on my back for? its killing me lol! my back hurts more than my boobs now lol! – also they have shooting pains and feel numb…like im touvhing somebody else! how long does this go on for?

hey im two weeks post op today and still lyin on me back, have you got one of those v pillows mine was a godsend, got it from argos for about seven pounds. My boobs r still numb in certain places its really weird x

Congratulations on your new boobies! I had really bad back ache from sleeping on my back, and tried to sleep on my side at 3 weeks post op, but it just felt so uncomfortable. But, at 4 weeks i was back sleeping on my side, and have been ever since. I’m 5 months post op now. The shooting pains and numbness are quite normal so don’t worry about them. xx

Hey girls

I had my ba with mr chantarasak 12 jan 10. omg he is the boobie god. I got a v pillow and slept on my side after 4 days but i had 2 put a pillow underthe boob 4 more comfort. ur right in saying the backahe is worse than the boob pain. the numbess is still there with me although i have full feeling in my nipples. I had 380cc overs. i lifted my 1 yr old daughter after 4 days which was silly but im lifting as normal now 10 days on

hello, im 7 days post op, im gonna try sleeping on my side 2night, iv had the worst back pains. Everyone seems to get mumbness, i havnt had any of that iv been having alot of shooting pains though only in 1 boob xx

God I know what you mean the back ache is horrendous!!! I hadcto start taking pain killers again I kept waking in the night with my back!! I am 9 days po but way too scared to try sleeping on my side yet!!! X

hi jo i have pain a burnin pain in my one boob spoke to the nurse and she said not to worry as long as u aint got high temp or any bleeding. Im five days post op and aint feeling too bad at all x
