Im the same hun, i keep standing up and having a walk round the room because if i stay still too long i go stiff. im dreading a sneeze think it will be the worst thing ever. are you wearing any kind of bra? xx

me to girls 2 days post op got up 4am this morning my hubby had to get my pain killers think im getting realy stiff like u christine also have the tight feeling fairy but not as bad as a prob breathing just had a little wash my sister comimg around tomorrow to wash my hair, fairy do u have the sticky tape on my friend had her op 2 ad half weeks ago and had to tack the tape off after 2 days cause of the itch just started wearing her maccom bra then and shes fine now feeling for u both today we’ll get through it girls and will be smiling all summer xxx

i had mr adamo he said no bra but i have one on now just feel a macom on now just a little suport now and then kills when i stand up if something fall on the floor it stays there xxx

ha girls its so good to chat to u we must laugh or else we’ll cry i think ive added u girls if not will do now ill put up pics in the next few days just remember im in my 40s with a 17 year old son just restocking the cupbourd as i say be kind ha xxx

Apparently thats normal. I just had my nurse on the phone n she asked if I had any leaking! Ew.

I know wot u mean about the breathing. I had overs and sometimes find it hard to breathe-feels really tight.xx

Yeah. I wouldnt worry. if u c fresh blood over the next few days then id maybe call the nurse,but reckon it’s normal first day or so.

Hallo all!!!

I’m day 3 post op and today has been a brilliant day compared to yesterday (when I was very sore). I’ve been up and about, hair washed and dried, make up on, been and done a bit shopping. I’ve got strapping on and find it has really helped me as I feel really supported and I’m not too scared when having a shallow bath incase I get any little drips in that area as the strapping covers the bandages.

So I think you’ll all probably find it easier tomorrow, hopefully.

And your appetite will return, believe me! Wish mine hadn’t. I’ve put on bloody half a stone. Mind, I hope some of that’s to do with not going to the toilet. I’ve taken some laxatives today in the hope that I go tomorrow. Can’t remember last time I went. x

I’m putting 2 bags of frozen peas into 2 pillowcases and putting them over each boob! It’s bleedin amazing for the pain. If you keep it on for about an hour then your boobies are numbed for a good while. I have been getting real searing pains in my muscles, just to the side of each boob, and find it really helps the muscle pain.

Yep, I only wish I did have a problem eating! I had a chinese on Wednesday night and having one again tonight! (I’m saying to my boyfriend that it will help me go to the loo, this is my excuse!). xxx

Yes, definately get some peas. I sent mine off to get them and said ‘just get the cheapest peas they have’. He came back with Birdseye Petit Pois, possibly the poshest peas there is.

Just keep slapping them on for a good hour, here and there, and bunging them back in the freezer each time.

hi ladies im 9 weeks post now but suffered for first 2 weeks really hurt to breath move etc plus i have two kids 1 and 3 so was very tougth but does ease off good luck x
