Just tried to put on my Macon bra for the first time today and I couldn’t do up the front. It felt so weird I got really light headed and had to stop and take it off. Has this happened to other girls? I’m tempted to go to the shops tomorrow and get an Asda one or something as it just feels horrible! Is it because I’m not used to the sensation of my boobs moving? Xx

If you have strapping on you don’t need your bra till it’s off I put a vest top over my strapping. It will be too tight with bra over x

Aww i dn’t know then hun? I got told by the nurse it was extra support but maybe you could go without? Xx

Definitely ask your nurse hun as everyone might be different? I imagine if she didn’t put one on you at the hospital then maybe you don’t need it with strapping xo
