2 Days Post Op – Bubbles & Barbie Breasts! Started by: missdita

    Hi All,

    I had 325cc teardrop over the muscle with Mr Adamo on wednesday. Recovery going well but questions…

    When I press at the top of one of my boobs feel bubbles, like there is liquid moving around in there- is that normal? Anyone else had that? Not painful or anything.

    Also though I only went up one cup size my breasts look HUGE to me – like Barbie – does everyone else’s boobs look like torpedos straight after op and how long does it take for them to look a bit more normal (i.e cleavage not up around your chin haha)? My work doesn’t know I had the op and I didn’t want to go back in looking very obvious… Does the swelling go down a little the first week?

    The fluid in your boobs is normal.

    and yes i looked like a manacin doll they were so solid.

    i had unders but i would think the swelling still works the same and i would say after a week you will notice a big difference.

    Hi girls,

    I had my BA yesterday…32B with 410 unders. Can barely move today but no pain no gain! As to be expected they are solid, very high and very far apart. Also quite pointy. I hope this settles a bit before I go back to work as I cant wear a bra for 6 weeks…which could like quite funny!

    Anyways the actual op day was a breeze…feel like i have a rhino crushing my chest now though!

    Hey the swelling definitley goes down alot over the first week, i’ve gone down a cup size now…i so hope they don’t go down too much more though, just want them to change shape…as yes mine still look rock hard and torpedo like. They have softened since day 1, but i think it will be a while before they feel normal! xx

    Oh and mine have just started gurgling from 8 days post op…its just the trapped air moving around when i lift my arm up. It was quite freaky at first, but don’t worry if you get that, its normal! Hehe! xx

    Thanks girls- the things they don’t tell you about! 3 days post op now and though tired am moving around fine, can lift my arms up and everything! Still sore but stopped the painkillers today, don’t feel like I need them anymore. The fluid and bubbles freak me out a bit hope they go away soon!

    I went from a 34B to an estimated 34D but was a 34E immediately after op and I guess for about 2-3 weeks the swelling went down, my nipples looked normal again LOL!! In all honesty it took probably a year for my boobs to completely settle and look natural and what I mean by this is there was a slight natural crease under the breast.

    I am now preparing for boob job 2 and aim to be a 34E or there abouts after the swelling has gone down!

    missdita, i would relly like to see pics of your boobs when they settle, as per the tear drop, wud like to see the differnce. takecare hun…
