Hi girls, I meeting my surgeon on the 30th but I’m starting to panic as I’ve had nothing but trouble trying to get my GP summary… finally had a text off the doctors but they’ve set me up online and I don’t even know what the summary will be in, there’s one called patient summary that has all my records since they first day I was born then there’s another one called summary patient records but that says at the bottom that its not the full summary, so I’m totally confused, is it just best to leave it and show my PC on the day???
