My op is in 2 weeks and I would really love some advice for pre and post op. I feel so unprepared!
Also if anyone has any pics before and after of what to expect and their experiences I would be so grateful as I don’t know anyone personally who has had breast implants!

Was you given any reading material from your nurse on the day of your pre-op? For the life of me I can’t remember if I was given anything or not and can’t find anything either. Think I’m going to call the nurse up to check xc
No the hospital group don’t do a proper pre op, the nurse just called me for my blood pressure, height and weight etc. all she told me was not to drink alcohol , use aspirin or eat Chinese food 2 weeks before.
But from reading online loads of girls got given lists of what food to not eat and things to do to prepare!
