    Hello!

I’m due to have my BA in just under 2 weeks. I’m still undecided on 215cc / 250cc. The 250cc sizers felt too large but I’m worried the 215cc will be too small.

    I’m a 30A, 4ft 11 and 105lbs.

Currently planned to have 215cc mentor round medium profile under muscle. Will this be too small?! I want a natural look but don’t want to regret it if they’re too small.

Anyone with similar stats / implant size?

Hi lovely, i am similar weight and started with nothing, very petite frame, my chest width was so small i had to go for ultra high profile implants as needed them as narrow as possible. I went for 300cc, and i’m now 6 weeks post op and they are perfect! They are so natural looking as i went under the muscle, when i have clothes on they just look the same as i did before in a super padded bra. I was worried they’d be too big, but going under the muscle and once they are in your body they definitely look smaller! I was torn between 275 and 300 before my op, but now so glad i went for the 300 as i feel i’d of been a bit underwhelmed by the 275.
Go with whatever your surgeon suggests as they do know best, but going under the muscle, they are pretty much guaranteed to look natural as the muscle pushes them down. Lots of luck xxx

Hi Lucy! Thanks for your reply! Do you know what bra size you are now with the 300cc implants? How was your recovery? It’s a little over a week until my surgery and I’m getting nervous 😬 I’ll have two weeks off work so hopefully that’ll be enough time?! Xxx

Hello, i have just bought some bras from M&S as i can ditch the post op bra finally as of next week! I am a full 32C, honestly properly filling cups and not needing those super padded bras is just the best feeling. I am super happy with the size, they look very in proportion and not too big at all.
Recovery was a breeze to be honest! First night was a bit rough as the tube they put down your throat during surgery had scratched my throat, which gave me a tickly cough… and wow coughing hurt so much! I thought i was going to cough the implants out lol. But i didnt take anything stronger than paracetamol the first couple of days, i really had no pain at all, just tightness and a bit pully at the incision sites when moving around. I had 2 weeks off work too, went back into the office on the 3rd week, i was absolutely fine, aslong as you dont do any heavy lifting you will be fine honestly, i was very surprised how quickly i felt back to normal.
The only thing i would keep in mind as its ok to not like how they look at first, no one warned me about this and i was freaked out at my 1 week post op with the nurse as when she took the bra off, they looked like 2 cones on my chest, i fainted because i was so shocked lol (think it was the most excitement the nurse had all day!). But give them a few weeks and they will soften and settle down, but dont be alarmed if they are a weird shape the first week or two.
Feel free to ask anything else as i too was very very nervous! But you will be fine and very well looked after. Where are you having your surgery? Xxx

    Hi Lucy!
So glad to hear your surgery went well and you are happy with the results. Yes I’ve been reading about how high the implants sit to begin with, have yours began to ‘drop and fluff’?

My surgery is on Tuesday, I’m getting very anxious 😬 my main worry is about the recovery as I’ve read that some people can’t lift their arms up or get around by themselves for the first few days. I’ve got a wedge cushion and plan to have a few days of Netflix until I’m feeling better. Hoping I’ll have a similar experience to you with not too much pain!

I’ll let you know how I get on! Xx

    Day of surgery:

I’m all done! Surgery took a little under an hour, the staff were all so nice and made me feel at ease. Woke up feeling relieved and have been in a great mood since, it must be the anaesthetic! I’m around 6hrs post op now. Pain isn’t too bad, feels tender and like I’ve pulled a muscle in my chest. I was able to eat a little bit of toast and enjoyed a nice cup of tea about 2hrs after my survey. I bought a gel pack from Amazon which has a cover and strap. It’s nice and cool on my chest and is helping with the pain.
Hoping night isn’t too bad, I have pain relief and antibiotics which I’ll take before bed.
Going to take lots of photos so I track the progress! I’m swollen but happy with the size so far! Tired to upload photos but it isn’t working xxx

    +1

Hi Kate, aw fab so pleased your surgery went well, rest up for the next few days, you will soon be back to your normal self but with your new boobs!
I am 7 weeks post op today exactly and yes the drop and fluff is well underway now, they look more natural by the day, those week one cones are a distant memory lol. They soon soften up and your muscle and tissues will relax back down, i’m sure you will be very pleased.
Big hugs and take care! X
