Hi there, please can anyone help i am so confused, im booked in at Highgate on the 22nd Oct. I am 34A/B and really want a natural look. I have been offered 340, 380, or 410 overs by Dr Singh, was thinking about a D. If anyone has any pictures that would be fanatastic but would also love any advise. My email is juliesheridantaylor@btinternet.com

Hi if u want to be a D I think you should go for the 340s bt I personally think 410 can give you a natural look also, u will measure about an E with them if u r a B now bt just because they will be quite big doesn’t mean they can’t look natural. Remember fake boobs measure bigger than they look so if u want to look a D u need to be measuring around a DD/E anyways. It may be easier for u to just for the middle size if u r really undecided tho. I’m having 415 to take me to DD/E from an A cup, Hope this helps a bit.X

Hi I was a 32b and also had same choice of implant sizes, I went for the 410s and I now measure a 32e but I look more of a d! Just don’t pick a size where your wake up and wish they where bigger! Hope this helps x

Yet someone else having their op a week before me at Highgate!!! I would opt for the largest implant they have offered you as you will quickly get used to the size. I was a 34B and had 310cc and ended up a 34D. Having 460’s this time as I want to be at least an E cup!! x
