23a under muscle 400cc….?

Hi girls ive just had my consultation with dr traynor, im currently 32 a i said i would like to achieve a dd/e which he didnt seem keen with as i am quite petite. He ended up offering me 200cc upto 400cc! When i went to try them on i tried 400cc on and loved them didnt bother trying the others on…. He aslo said mine will be under muscle…. Has anyone had their op having 400cc from 32a? Any advise and experience welcome 🙂 xxx
