Hi everyone,

I am booked for my ba as above, is anyone else here on this day?

I’m still undecided whether to have 380’s or 410’s. I believe 380’s will take me to a D but what about 410’s?

I’m now a 34a, 5ft4, 8st10 & a size 8. I don’t want to look ridiculously big, but i don’t want to be disappointed either! I’m a bit concerned with everyone saying ba’s look smaller than real boobs…

Any other advice that you feel appropriate will be appreciated…

Hi iam 7 days post-op i was 34b 9 1/2 stone 5’5 size 8/10 had 380cc look big enough think 410cc would of looked too big , iam wearing DD sports bra . My surgeon was Mr Aurakzai he is fantastico a great surgeon and a lovely man follow his advise he knows his job , do hope this has helped x

Did you have unders or overs? I am having unders, i would have preferred overs but i don’t have a choice.

How is your healing going? I am back in work the week after my op but luckily it doesn’t entail much anyway! XX

Hi, I had 340cc unders with Dr Aurakzai one week ago today, I am back at work (skiving obviously) and I am fine, still very stiff and I didnt drive myself cos dont feel quite ready yet. I am a typist so not much physical work required, am sure you will be fine

I was a 30 a/b size 4 and this was the biggest Mr A said he would be willing to go xxx

Did you tell anyone at work you were having it done? I’ve only told one person, but i think its going to be pretty obvious! I’m not looking forward to the questions from colleagues anyway!!

I’m not sure if he will let me go to 410 but i am going to go & see him again next Tue to see what he thinks. I want to try the 380 again anyway because from memory it was big enough, but seeing all the comments on the forums makes me think maybe its not as big as i remember??

Yeh I told the girls that I am close to, and my boss, but didnt really tell anyone else, and they might notice but its not like they are mega huge in everyones face so am guessing they probably wont. dont you worry what they say chick, you only live once and if its gunna make you happy then forget all the jealously cos thats all it will be. I’ve already had mine out in the toilets cos they were all dying to see haha.

defo get a second opinion from Mr A and trust him. he knows what he is doing

I am feeling better than I have today hun, can pretty much do everything for myself but still feeling tender and stiff, but its not unbearable and it gets better everyday xxx

Thanks for the advice. I didn’t really want to tell anyone else but I was considering it so that I didn’t have to face the gossip & stares but stuff ’em! Your advice has made me decide to do what i want to do & i am going to enjoy keeping them guessing,lol!

I’m glad your feeling better, I just hope mine goes as well. I’m dreading the pain but i’m sure i can handle a few weeks for my new assets!

Of course i will hun, am really pleased to have helped, its always good to talk about it with someone who has been through it. The thought of what other people would say had been the thing that has put me off for ages but I am sooooo pleased I finally stopped caring and just did it, I am the happiest I’ve ever been and they havent even settled and am still stuck in a sports bra haha. its only guna get better.

Trust me I am the softest person alive so if I can do it am sure you can, am not gunna lie it does hurt, the first few days I was in a lot of pain, put if you can power through that it gets a lot easier very quickly and before you know it you will be in sexy bras and loving it

I had drains yeh, was dreading it but it really wasnt that bad, they took them out the next morning and it just felt like a weird pull, I have dressings on the wounds where they were removed which I am seeing the nurse to have taken off later today, then I should be able to shower tonight, yeyyyyy!!!! xxx

I have been put off about what other people think soooo many times! A few people seem to think you want them done just so you can get them out all the time! My boyf actually said that too me & I went mad!

Mr A said that i would be able to shower the day after which is why he doesn’t use dressings? Oh well i am sure he will tell me more closer to the time, he probably didn’t want to scare me away, lol!

He is such a nice man, he really made me feel at ease. I’m looking forward to going seeing him again which is honestly the first time i have ever felt like that about any health professional!!

Haha I feel the exact same lisd!! He was so nice when I met him he even gave me advice to help with my asthma and tummy upsets! We had a real good convo and I felt at ease straight away. Iv no worries whatsoever I’m just so excited I can’t wait to be put to sleep so that I wake up to big boobies! Haha. Iv been told he uses glue so u can shower day after but my nurse told me not to just in case. 1 more day left at work! Exciting times! Iv wanted this for about 8years! Xx

I can’t really believe it yet! Excited at the thought but not nervous or anything. I was offered 340 or 380 but iv decided I’m goin with 380 if mr A says its ok! I trust him to make the final decision. I’m 32a/34aa atm so will be a massive improvement whichever size gets put in! Lol. I bought my sports bra today and tried it on lol can’t wait to be able to fill it! Haha and yes 3 weeks have flown by for me so I’m sure itl be ur turn before u know it! I’ll post my story anyway n let u all know a bit more bout Aurakzai xx

Wot size sports bra did u get? Iv already bought about 4 all in different sizes! Don’t even no y I bothered b4 seeing the nurse, think it was all the excitement of booking it lol! Think ill b goin shopping to change them once iv seen nurse! Can’t wait to wear nice underwater that fits like its supposed to! I hope everything goes really well 4 u, good luck but im sure u won’t need it Xx

Yeh it went great last night thanks, Mr A spotted me in reception and asked to see me, he had a look, took the dressings off where my drains had been and showed me some exercises I could do to get me a good cleavage.

He was really impressed with how they have settled so far, and told me I was a good girl as I had a safety pin on my sports bra to keep them close together lol. Thought it was a really nice touch that although he was busy and I wasnt booked in he wanted to check I was ok and happy.

He said I could start showering with soap and water, but no bathing yet as this may cause infection. He also said after another 2 weeks or so I can start wearing no bra if this is more comfortable for me and just sleep in my sports bra, and that I can start rubbing oil in.

The nurse was lovely too, she bascically just said to follow his advice. She said what a fantastic result I had and she was off to tell him how brilliant he is lol.

After my shower I tried on a little boobtube dress out of curiosity and oh my god they look fantastic if I do say so myself haha, couldnt believe how good they look already cant wait til I can show them off.
