250cc or 275cc

Hi all

Really stuck between 250cc and 275cc. I am a size 6 with a 30inch chest. Also struggling to decide between high profile or moderate.

Could people with this size share before and after pics please? TIA!

Hi, I’m also stuck between sizes. I’ve been offered between 260cc and 300cc. I don’t want to go to 300cc as I’m really worried about rippling and side boob as I’m 28 back and practically flat! Im 5’3. My BWD is only 10cm so I’m thinking I should play it safe and go with 260 but I’m worried this will be too small? So maybe go with the 280cc but it’s such a hard decision.
Ellie have you made a decision now? When is your op booked for? Mine is next month. Im so excited.
Bernice, your results look amazing. How are you feeling since your op?

I don’t know if this will help you much but worth mentioning it. I’ve gone for 220cc low profile over muscle. I was 32b before and I’m a 33d now. If you go too big you won’t be able to take any ccs back, that was my worry. Remember that even if they’re a tad smaller than you expected, you can still wear a bra to manipulate them however you want, otherwise you’ll be all boobs and the stretch and stiffness is real.
I’ve attached a picture from the day of the surgery and at 6 weeks. Couldn’t be happier with my result as they’re so natural, jiggle and just in love with them.

My surgeon would only do split muscle technique for me as said if he did implants over muscle – I would deffo get rippling in the top cup as no flesh there!
I’m now 5 weeks post op and my nipples still hurt lol! Maybe cos they have stretched? Scars have healed up really nicely though & boobs pretty much even.
I went back to work on day 12 – ached every day I got home so take paracetamol daily. Still not running as don’t want to risk it yet – got another check up next Monday. Btw – I didn’t go with MYA – I went with another practice. X

I’m now undecided between 260cc and 280cc. I really think 300cc is too big for me. I really don’t want to get rippling either. I am very flat at the moment with not much tissue so I am worried about them looking stuck on. I’m 5’3 and size 6/8. What size were you before? What size are you now? Do you have anymore before and after photos? Sorry for all the questions!
I’m so confused because I’ve seen pictures on here if different girls with the same size implants and they end up with such different results. My surgery is in just over a week x

Hey. I’m 5 weeks post op. I had 300cc and I am 5ft 6” and my boobs definitely aren’t huge.

I asked for natural and in proportion with my body & that’s exactly what I got.

Amazing results girls!! You must be over the moon. I’m still undecided and literally obsessing over it. Think ill either get 275cc HP or 265 mod+. Worried that with HP I’ll get a gap as my BWD is 12 but equally worried mod+ will look flat when under muscle! So hard to know what they will turn out like.

Surgery is 22nd May but I think I’ve ran out of before and after pics to look at on the whole of the Internet lol!

Jade, have you had your surgery yet?! What did you decide? I’m also flat after breastfeeding my baby. Like genuinely nothing there so also worried about rippling. Best of luck for your op if you’ve not had it yet!

Thank you so much ladies forgiven all this information my surgery is the 12th of May and I’m really stuck between 250cc and 300cc as I feel like 300cc might be too big for my frame as I’m 5ft and a size 8 but at the same time I know that you lose 25cc by going on the muscle I’m not sure whether I will stick to the 300 or go for 280/290 as I really don’t want this to be too big! My friend got 300cc but she has wider hips than me.. I’m so stuck!

I had my surgery last Tuesday. I had decided on 280cc as I was so worried about being too big and rippling etc. I spoke to my surgeon on the morning of surgery and he was so lovely and said he see what would fit best. I got 285cc and he said he could not have gone any bigger. At the moment they are still sitting high and feel really hard but I know they will change so much over the next few weeks. You can’t notice any difference when I’m wearing clothes which is what I wanted as I didn’t want anyone to know I had it done. It still doesn’t seem real. Lol.

Your results are amazing. Have they got bigger over the weeks with the drop and fluff? I’m currently in a 32c sports bra. I can’t imagine them getting bigger. Lol

Congrats Jade! Hope the recovery isn’t too bad for you. I’m now leaning towards 285cc too after a day of googling ha (if my PS will let me as he said 275cc max).

What brand of implants did you get? I’d love to see after pics once they’ve settled a bit if you’re happy to share.

Thank you! Recovery has been ok so far. I stopped taking the stronger pain medication the day after and then the day after that I stopped ibuprofen and carried on with paracetamol for a couple of days. I’m glad I didn’t go any smaller as I do have a bit of boob greed. Lol. But I know this was the right size for me really. They don’t look big to me and when I’m wearing clothes it doesn’t look any different as I always wore big padded bras before (which I didn’t fill at all). I am looking forward to seeing the difference in a couple of weeks. I will keep you updated.

Recovery has been good so far. I do have a bit of boob greed at the moment now that the swelling has gone down. Lol. But I just remind myself that I was flat to begin with. It’s only been 4 weeks so still lots of changing to do.
When is your surgery?

Hi Jade, what profile did you get? Are you happy with how they look (boob greed aside)? I decided on 285cc and I’m worried they’re gonna look huge.

My surgery was supposed to be tomorrow but I’m testing positive for covid so it’s being postponed for 6 weeks. So annoying 🙁

I Ellie I got 275cc HP dual plane, absolutely love them and I’m 5ft1, 8.4stone. Hope this settles your mind. They are such a lovely size I’m so happy, 285 should be fine x

Hi Ellie.. I had my op yesterday with Mr Giannis.. I was toying between both sizes.. He tried both to see what looked best and I came out with the 375cc in the end and really happy so far. I’m a 8-10 and 5ft 4inc. Will send some pics when I’ve got my bandages off. I think the 275 will be perfect for you. I’ve gone under the muscle too so they will appear more natural x

Oh no 😔 hope you are ok! How are you feeling with covid?
Yeah I do love the size. I didn’t want them to be noticeable to anyone else (I used to always wear big padded bras. Lol) and it’s so nice now not having to wear padding.
I had my 6 week check yesterday and all is good x
