260cc results with 32AA breasts – Help please! x

Hi, I had my consultation with the surgeon Mr Kazzazi today. I am a slim size 8 and a 32AA, so really quite tiny. Mr Kazzazi said that I am quite narrow, and although my breast tissue and skin quality is very good there isn’t much of it. Based on this, and the fact that I want a ‘natural’ look (in proportion, with a natural slope) he strongly recommended 260cc unders. He also said that anatomicals would not be right for me and if I go any larger, I run the risk of a false look; I may not look in proportion and there is a much greater risk of rippling. My boobs also sit quite far apart so bigger implants may look even more false for this reason also. Of course I respect and trust his opinion, but he reckons I am likely to end up with a B Cup, and I am just not sure if this is big enough?! If anyone can give any advice that would be great; if anyone has been a similar size to me and had 260cc unders I would love to know what sort of results you had and if you are happy with them! Sorry for the essay x

I am same stats if you want to add me I had 255 anatomicals [260 equivalent] I am 30D but sometimes wear 32C as 30D are hard to find!! although my one and only wonderbra is 30D which makes me look so funny and big ahahaha x

p.s am so happy glad I didn’t push for larger as could have had weird shaped/with stretch marks.

Mr Adamo said 255 anatomicals would be the biggest I could fit in also due to how narrow I am! I love them they look so real!!!

hey le89, im 5weeks post op and i had 260cc unders with mario russo….he said i was a 30a before (but was in 30aa bras) im size 6-8 and 5’1so tiny too….

i have to say i think 260 is perfect for my body they look natural,look good size for my frame. I didnt have much breast tissue either

im having 300 unders with kazziza 2nd sept, got saggy little bags from having 2 babies, im a small 32a, i wasnt given a choice of implant size! wish i knew what they are going to look like! xx

Hi belgirl, thanks for the comment. I just really don’t want to have it done then wish for bigger! Your results are reassuring too, I may end up bigger than a B! Jenwal, I wasn’t really given a choice either, I sort of assumed there would be a little bit of room for negotiation but Kazzazi knew straight away what he wanted to recommend! Which is good I guess

Wow George85, I actually looked through your pics before and remember thinking ‘that size would be perfect for me, they look amazing’ I didn’t even see that they are 255 anatomicals! I don’t know why but I just assumed they were bigger implants than that. But the result is perfect. I asked about anatomicals though and the surgeon said definitely not for me, they would make me look deformed lol! Not quite sure why though as I thought they were better for women with little or no breast tissue?!But I’m sure he knows what he is talking about. I guess I shouldn’t be too disappointed then with his approximate B Cup estimate as I could end up measuring more like a C, and even if I don’t, they will be in proportion! x

I guess every surgeon is different and everybody is different too! so under the muscle may be best bet although I think you can have anatomicals under too!

I went to Mr Adamo thinking he would say under but I had overs and I can’t see the implant so success on that really.

I always though a B would be great then thought why not ask for a C! well Mr adamo got me a 30D but I also wear 32C although a little big around my back they fit the same :)so happy with what I got and glad I went with his recommendation as if you want to pump them up a wonderbra will do magic! but I still wear size 6’s as would cry if I couldn’t fit into my lovely clothes I bought to make up for my small boobs lol x

One of my friends is the same size as you and was given 300s. She ended up a 32D and they look great. Nobody will know what the label says as long as you’re happy with the way they look. I’m sure your surgeon wouldn’t want you to be unhappy and will advise you based on what you’ve said the end result should be. I’m also stuck on the decision with size so I feel your pain! x
