Hi girls, I have a macom bra but want to buy another flattering (if poss!) bra to wear when my breast band comes off. I mean preferably one that is lower so I can wear normal tops not high necks all the time!

I have heard a lot of girls talk about asda or m&s but have found their sports bras start at a 32 back.

Just wondering what girls with a 28 or 30 back have worn???

Also, I know we can’t wear wires for 6 weeks, but does it have to be a ‘sports’ bra?

Thanks George, they look good as they don’t look frumpy!

Did you find this bra supportive enough? I thought I had to get a sports one? x

I had a macom too but found it too tight and my surgeon recommended not wearing one for a week anyway.

The bra is supportive and compressive so holds them in place :) a little less than the bodyshock sports bra I wear for running though.

could wear normal clothes too which makes a massive difference!!

can always wear it out and the macom when you are at home! x

Love the black bra you are wearing btw. Your photos are amazing. Your boobs look fab and so natural. Adamo should use you for his marketing! x
