Should a I rub a small amount of Bio Oil just over the top of boobs so they’re not getting dry and stretching ( obviously not near the plasters or stitches).

Also should I be having a hour or so with no bra on throughout the day? To let them drop or something? I’m wearing my MaCom 24/7. Is this good or bad? X

No. Just a thick booklet with my implant info in. Which all seems to be a bit mumbo jumbo. A sheet which MYA gave me a while ago but nothing about bio oil or having a break from the MaCom throughout the day. Xx

You should sit on your bum and watch crappy tv and ring a bell for your man to fetch you food and drinks ;)

and go for a gentle walk if you feel up to it in a few days :D

I loved having my bra-break in the evenings!! It was like they breathed a sigh of relief! It was only for an hour or so and it didnt do me any harm hun. The nurse will prob tell you not to put anything on your boobs yet.

I was on the sofa with my feet up until about day 4…take it easy hun x

I used bio oil and palmers from day 1, just not near my incisions. And I had to have a break from the macom every now and then just for half an hour or so because I was so uncomfortable from my skin being stretched and didn’t really know what to do with myself, but I started off small so I guess just do what you feel comfortable doing xx

Really. Ok. I wasn’t sure if I should let the fresh air get to them or not. My nipples feel a tiny bit dry and didn’t want them to stretch or anything so I dabbed a tiny bit of oil on earlier. But I won’t do it again. Il just wait till next Friday till I see the nurse. I guess I’m in fir another sleepless night again. I hate all these bloody pillows. Xx

My boobs peeled really bad at about 2 weeks from being stretched so much! As long as youre careful not to go anywhere near your dressings you should be ok to rub in a little oil or lotion. Aww the sleeping on your back was the worst part! Dont miss that at all..took me about 5 weeks to sleep on my side again!x

Really. 5 weeks chrikeyyyyyyy. I am so uncomfortable. I may post a pic if how I’m sleeping. I think you’d all laugh your heads off. I’ve got 7 pillows. I feel like a zombie. No matter how many pillows and different positions I’ve ryes I still end up sliding down my boney springy mattress. LOL. :-( x

My puppy’s bed looks so much better right now. Hmmmmm ;-)

yeh it drives you crazy! for some reason I had bruising around my sides which lasted weeks and found that the muscle stretched when my boobs moved to the sides, painful..by the time i could sleep on my side, I’d gotten used to sleeping on my back, doh!! Back to normal now though
