2nd breast augmentation

hi, i’ve been reading this forum for ages!! i’m due to go in for a 2nd breast aug on the 12th april. had my first one about 9yrs ago, but one of the implants has ruptured, so am going to a different hospital this time. i’m currently a 32dd and was really hoping to get to a 32ff, but have been told it cant be done. i just burst into tears in the surgeons room lol!! its apparently because the last surgeon put the implants on top of the muscle, and the only thing my new surgeon can do is give me an uplift and put new implants under the muscle

i think i’ve got 380cc in now, and he’s going to try and put 410-490cc in if he can

has anyone else had this done? he reckons i’ll only go up to an E cup….but will they look bigger if they’re lifted as well?

i was so excited about the surgery and now i feel really upset that i cant have what i wanted
