Hi guys, I’m 8 weeks PO from unders with Mario. I had the dreaded band on for 2 weeks, however whilst sat on the settee at night I used to unfasten it for 10 mins, just to relieve the pressure. It’s fine for short periods whilst sitting down. Problem I had though was that putting it back on and pulling it tight to stick the Velcro back down again was quite sore, but only for a second. Bare with it girls

Hiya. I had mine too on Saturday. Up till today I found the pain barable! But iv had awful pain today in my left boob, felt like it was gonna explode
I’m staying on top of co drydomol now and it’s eased a bit Just wanted to add to this post to say I spoke to my nurse earlier, I too asked about undoing the breast band. She said an hour or so wouldn’t hurt as long as u are sitting down. Also she said if doesn’t need to be tight so maybe loosen it to relieve the pressure x

the velcro bandage is horrible! just feels like its putting pressure on the boobs! i put on a bigger sports bra today and its eased the pain a little thank god!
aww deb and princess how are you feeling now then? when are your bandages off?
jade im hoping to be a full c, its looking like a d atm with the swelling tho, and yeah of course

yeah im okay, just been quite sore! i was with mr russo too! im also getting bandages off friday! i cant wait
