    Hi, im really constipated and unsure how to get rid of it!! Anyone have any advise??? Feeling a bit down cos of it.

    i was the same its horrible. senokot were rubbish so got tesco ones, just off the shelf laxitives and took 2.. the next day… had the runs! but i welcomed them over the constipation! xx

    Hi

    I was the same for a week after my op, spoke to my nurse and she told me to get movicol from the chemist. Worked like a charm. x
