3 days post op! so happy already ❤ Started by: Rachael_O_

I had my operation at preston first trust hospital. my surgeon was Mr. Gary Traynor. My admission time was 11am but was told by nurse I have to be down the night before and after op as im 2 1/2 hours away (was a bit annoyed at this as I could of just gone down on the morning of my op to save a night at the hotel) anyways I went into hospital showed to my room. The nurse’s were absolutely amazing. Put on my gown and paper pants then my surgeon came in to see me, the nurse, the ward doctor all going through health questions and consent etc. and surgeon drew on me and we decided on sizes. I then was taken to see the anethetist. Pretty repetitive but just making sure everything is ok. I went down to surgery at 1.30pm then was in the recovery ward high as a kite lol. moved me back to my room and the nurses came checked my bp etc every 20 minutes. brought me orange juice and tuna sandwich and biscuits. I was given codene as the pain was so bad i did get quiet a shock when i woke up. I was given all my meds to take away and my mentor guarantee and letter to give to my doctor. I went for a meal that night at a pub close to hotel was very spaced out. the nurse rang me yesterday asking if i was ok which was amazing. the pain has been so bad worse than i expected and im normally good with pain. I am size 10 and pre op was 34 B. was offered between 350 to 450 cc HP OVERS. one size 25cc less due to slight asymmetry…. so glad i went with biggest size as they dont feel too big at the moment. hoping they drop and grow. they feel pointy and flat but can see shape changing slowly. ps sleeping is a nightmare ive been propped up on my corner sofa last 2 night’s!!
