Well its nearly my time. I am not organised at all. Not packed, only brought a V pillow and sports bra.haha. I have to work sunday and monday, then me and hubby leaving early tuesady and spending day in London. Op on Wednesday with a 9am admission time daycase. Mr Singh 410cc high profiles…

Im staying at the comfort inn, cost £142 for 2 nights inc brekkie. I suppose i better get myself organised today, One good thing, mum is looking after kids and dogs, so i know i will come home to a clean house, cos thats what mums do haha..

Shazzy! It will come round before you know it! Make sure you’ve got 2 bags of frozen peas at home waiting for your return. They’re a godsend to pop on your boobs when their swollen and a bit sore. I’ve stuck with the painkillers the hospital gave me but know some people take Nurofen. x

    Menu

Nurofen (aka ibruprohen) is not recommended, thins the blood and reduce the healing of the scars and settling of the implants..

Don’t worry about painkillers they will give u all that when u leave.

Just make sure you have comfy button up or zip up tops to make it’s easier to put on clothes.. And uggs so you can slip them on easily..

Get some senokot cos the antibiotics and painkillers make you constipated and bloated..

And maybe some sleeping tablets for the first couple nights to help you sleep.

Oh and baby wipes to clean yourself since you cant have showers/baths for the first few days..

And a book or something to entertain you.. ;)

I took a packet of soothers as someone recommended that to me and I was glad I had! Also a couple of magazines or a book! And your camera, I couldn’t sit up at first and could only see them looking down so my husband took front picture so u could see them properly ha ha! Good luck xx

The hospital diagnoses Ibuprofen – it doesn’t thin the blood.

Take lip balm too…My lips were really dry in hospital, plus they cut my lip when they were removing the tube so lip balm helped xx
