Is it just me? But ever since i booked my date, the days seem to be going on forever!! This is all i keep thinking about and its not helping!! Any ideas what i can do to keep myself from thinking about this so time goes quicker? lol I cant help but sit on this forum forever! Im sad, i know, but also super excited so i dont care! haha x
I am the same Dodie! If it wasn’t my bust schedule, I’ll be in front of this forum every minute. I am booked for my BA on the 11th of Aug in Highgate, time is really dragging…
Thogh I have another thing to worry! My dad is coming over to stay with me from back home some time in Aug,which was meant to be on Oct….I am not willing to tell him about my BA because of my mum dying of breast cancer! My husband is saying that I don’t need to tell him, but I will not be at home whole day with my husband, leaving my 2 kids (16 & 9 yrs old) at home alone! I need excuse really now…Arggggg 😥
Hi keepmesweet, i see u said your mum died of breast cancer as did mine, i also don’t know what my dad will think, am going 2 keep it quiet but i see him most days and am sure he will notice, also need 2 b away from home leaving my kids with husband which i,ve never done, he’s bound 2 ask questions.
Also were u told 2 have a mammogram or ultrasound b4 op? i was and will b having this next week, then i can go ahead and book!!
1982kate- I am not prepared to what dad is going to say, although I am old enough (39 this year… I might leave the kids with a good friend?!
Dr Adamo did not say to have a mammogram, but I did mention that I had one in October, because I ask my GP to refer me to be checked because of my history. I hope all goes well with your mammogram sweetheart! Keep me posted ok?
Thanks i,m 27 so have never been checked b4, mr fallahdor just wants 2 know i,m 100%fit b4 he operates, also he told me 2 see my GP which i have and all is well. I think no matter how old we r, we still worry about what our dads think, silly mayb x
I am having overs due to excess skin, but I understand for either procedure we just had to tell the mammogram facility that we have had a prcedure done… I know what you mean! We should be fine. When are you booked for your BA?
Im having ultrasound 20th july, then if all is well will book when i get back, seems 2 have been along time waiting 4 appointments, just want 2 get it done now x
