    Hey girls, I have a night out/meal next week and I will be 3 weeks post op. Do you think it will do my boobies any damage to wear no bra for a couple of hours? please help, I want do wear a lovely summer dress but restricted in my awful sports bra :( xxx

    Don’t see why not, but why not check woth your pc. I’m desperate to get mine off, but am only just over 2 weeks post-op. Have been told to keep them in sports bra for another 3 and a bit weeks though!!! x x x

    Hi

    When i had mine done 2 days ago the nurse said if i am going out i can take my sports bra off but wear a bra that has no underwire in, coz then i’m still giving them some support.

    Hey, yeah i dont see why not! As long as you dont wear a bra with wire then it should be ok x

    Defo fine as long as there’s no wires .. I’m going out next week (I’ll be just short of 3 wks post op) on my friends Hen night so asked nurse in advance x
