    Hi girls,

So I’m just over three weeks post op and feeling fab! I was a 32b and have had 340 and 420cc (due to a protruding chest bone on one side).

The day of my op: I woke up naturally, think the excitement and nerves was a huge part of this. Had a bath and got dressed. My sister was coming with me so my boyfriend and I went to pick her up and we set off. I had the surgery at Park Hill in Doncaster with Mr Kazazzi. Upon arrival I quickly got escorted to my room which was perfectly pleasant. My admission time was 10.30 and at roughly 12 I went down for the op. My sister cried when they came to collect me and this kind of set me off too… then the nerves truly kicked in! As I walked down to theatre I so nearly backed out.. I was petrified! The nurse who walked me down was great, she really reassured me and made me remember why I was here in the first place. So, had the magic sleeping injection and next thing I wake up… in quite a bit of pain! The pain was across my chest, not sure if it was the feeling of my skin stretching, so they gave me some more pain relief. Little did I know, until I got back to my room, that I had been gone 2.5 hours!! They had problems bringing me around apparently. So my poor sister was really worried. She soon came around when she saw me, I was really out of it and didn’t even have the energy to look at my chest. I slept for about an hour and got woken up as the nurse gave me more pain relief… apparently I was moaning a little about the pain. So then I slept more… I was absolutely off my face at this point… talking one minute and fast asleep the next… but NO pain!! I finally managed to wake myself up and have a drink and some toast and have a look at my latest purchase :-) I was sooo pleased! I actually had some shape… even in the mega tight bandages (Mr K girls know what I mean). My only complaint about Park Hill comes now, I didn’t get to go home until 10.30pm! They seemed to forget about me, with no one coming to see me for ages, and when they finally did it was a new member of staff each time. One of them told me I was staying overnight as I had been sick… news to me! I assured them I had not so he went away again returning about an hour later with Mr K. Mr K was great and assured me I will love the results, I was so pleased to hear this as I had awful images of me being wonky as I was having different size implants.

Recovery – the first week was quite bad. I was in a lot of pain, across my chest and under my arms. I struggled to sleep on the evening as I had to sleep on my back – the back ache was a killer. I slept more during the day propped up watching TV. I took myself off the pain relief after 4 days as it was making me feel sick and so sleepy. I took paracetamol then and that was fine.

I’m now three weeks post op and am so pleased with the results so far! They are getting softer by the day! I got measured at the weekend… I couldn’t resist. I was a 32E! So pleased!! They looked fab in a proper bra. I am aware they may still change a little, but hopefully they will not shrink!

If any of you pre op girls have any questions please do not hesitate to ask me… I had so many questions and luckily had all the girls on here to help me!

It is a nerve wrecking ordeal to go through and there is some pain! But, I would do it all again tomorrow so feel how I do today! Be brave and remember why you want it! xxx
