I had my surgery (round smooth 275cc moderate +) with Mr Giannas in Preston on October 23rd and I have absolutely 0 complaints on his work. Incredibly natural and good results (what I was looking for) and I’m having the easiest recovery ever with no pain.
HOWEVER, I’ve started to question a lot of things pretty much since week 1 leaving me quite unsatisfied with my new breasts.
1. The size. Could he really not fit 300cc moderate + projection? He said maximum he could offer me moderate + was 275cc. Then we’d have to jump to high profile 350cc (which I WAS quite afraid of given I want natural results, but now I’m thinking long and hard about how it might’ve been better to go bigger…) so obviously I chose to stick to 275cc mod+.
2. Wide gap between my breasts (3 fingers) . I know due to my anatomy it may not be possible to get a cleavage BUT not even with a push up bra I tried I can get them actually together.
3. How they drift to the sides when bra- less. I am aware smooth implants have this tendency BUT… it’s one of those other things I was fine with as it gave more of a natural impression but now I’m not so sure.
4. They seemed bigger with 275cc inside the sports bra in the pre op assesment…
Anyone here has managed to get a revision surgery because of these reasons? We pay a lot of money and deserve to be 100%+ satisfied with our results.
However as a final note and to clarify it: I could not recommend Mr Giannas enough and I’m really glad he was my surgeon. If I was to be operated again I’d want to be operated by him.
