    Has anyone had to wait three weeks to see their surgeon? i am just over a year post op and thought that was an awfully long time to wait, i never had to wait that amount of time whilst i was booking etc

    I should imagine,as they visit more than one clinic,It will depend when he/she is at the clinic that you have booked with.xxx

    it just seems such an awfully long time to wait when you have something on your mind, I suppose as he isnt based in bristol it must be like you said xx

    If it’s urgent I would have thought they’d get you in sooner but I know the more popular surgeons get booked up so quickly x

    rachmum,if you feel their is something wrong,and its not just a yearly review I would contact your pc and stress the urgency honey.xxx

    Yep, for e.g I turned 3 months post op on the 28th Aug, but my 3 month check isn’t til Sept 19th! I can see him sooner but only if I travel to one of his other locations (all over 2 hours away). But if you are worried about something, book to go in and see the nurse, if they think there’s something wrong they will ensure you see the surgeon sooner.
